Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist
Our organization seeks a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will manage claims from investigation to settlement, utilizing policy wordings and third-party input.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough claim investigations, identifying fraud risks and subrogation opportunities.
* Accurately assess and settle claims within your authority, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
* Support junior colleagues with technical guidance and referrals.
* Participate in process improvements and internal training initiatives.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in claims handling or FNOL (First Notice of Loss).
* Strong knowledge of claims processes, liability disputes, and resolution strategies.
* APA minimum, CIP qualification (or working towards it) preferred.
* Sharp decision-making skills with a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.
* Comfort managing a busy, varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
