Key Responsibilities
* Design & Production: Design a broad range of print and digital materials, including brochures, billboards, posters, and social media content.
* Video & Motion Content: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, such as promotional videos and property tours, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
* Brand Management: Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand and style guidelines.
* Asset Management: Manage and organise our digital asset library.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with external vendors, such as printers, to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and videography to keep our content fresh and engaging.
What We're Looking For
* A strong portfolio showcasing your work in both graphic design and video production.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
* A solid understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles.
* Basic knowledge of videography equipment, including cameras and lighting.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
