Our Client requires Beef/Lamb/Pork Boners to work in their Factories. Workers must be suitable qualified using knives and saws, trimming fat and defects. There is strict hygiene and safety rules in place. Factories are fast-paced, cold environment, requiring physical fitness, precision, and knife skills to maximize yield and meet production targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDeboning & Trimming: Precisely cut meat from bones, cartilage, and connective tissue.Cutting & Portioning: Slice and trim meat into specific cuts (e.g., rumps, shoulders) for retail or further processing.Quality Control: Inspect meat for defects, bruises, or blemishes and remove them.Hygiene & Safety: Maintain clean workstations and follow strict food safety/sanitation protocols.Tool Maintenance: Sharpen knives and maintain equipment.Production: Meet production targets by working quickly and efficiently.Packaging: Prepare and pack deboned cuts for distribution.Essential Skills & QualitiesDexterity & Precision: Excellent hand-eye coordination and knife skills.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items in cold conditions.Attention to Detail: To maximize yield and quality.Teamwork: Collaborate with other processing staff.Work EnvironmentMeat processing plants, abattoirs, and slaughterhouses.Often involves working in cold temperatures.Fast-paced with production line demands.All interested candidates please email your CV and cover letter to Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to €34,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeSick payWork Location: In person
