All radiating from its welcoming central plaza, situated in the heart of Sheikh Zayed on the 26th of July corridor, which connects Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October with central Cairo.
Crowne Plaza West Cairo - Arkan, with 178 rooms, is part of Phase II of Arkan Plaza. The hotel is 10 minutes from the Grand Egyptian Museum and 15 minutes from the Great Pyramids of Giza. It is also close to Cairo International Airport and just 10 kilometers from Sphinx International Airport. The hotel offers amenities for both business and leisure travelers, including three meeting rooms, a business center, an outdoor pool, and a Club Lounge.
We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Ensuring our rooms are always at their best.
* Checking and reporting any maintenance work required immediately.
* Following safety procedures and wearing protective equipment when needed.
* Logging and reporting lost and found items according to procedures.
* Working as part of a team and communicating with other departments to ensure excellent service.
* Securing guest rooms, maintaining guest privacy, and ensuring room security.
* Replenishing amenities according to operational standards.
* Performing rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam cleaning carpets, spring cleaning, deep cleaning).
* Anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations.
* Resolving guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
* Attending to guest calls, requests, and complaints within assigned areas.
* Achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction scores.
* Updating room cleaning status on the assignment sheet.
* Returning and restocking carts at the end of shifts.
What we need from you:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* A friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel is preferred.
