We are looking for a
seasoned ServiceNow Developer
with a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions across
CSM, ITSM, and SPM
.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in converting business needs into effective technical designs, extending platform capabilities, and ensuring solutions align with
ITIL standards
.

Responsibilities
* Architect, build, and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
* Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules including
CSM, ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and IT Asset Management
.
* Develop and support platform logic using
client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies/actions, and scheduled jobs
.
* Design and manage integrations leveraging
REST APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and related frameworks
.
* Create and refine
Service Catalog items, record producers, SLAs, and user-friendly form designs
.
* Uphold platform governance standards, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
* Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, recommend solutions, and estimate delivery effort.
* Diagnose and resolve platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive performance optimisation.
* Support platform lifecycle activities including
upgrades, patches, cloning, and general administration
.
* Actively participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
and contribute to ongoing process and delivery improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with
JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting
.
* In-depth knowledge of
CSM, ITSM, and SPM
modules.
* Demonstrated experience building integrations using
REST services or IntegrationHub spokes
.
* Ability to design modern, responsive user interfaces using
Service Portal or UI Builder
.
* Solid understanding of
CMDB architecture, discovery processes, and data quality controls
.
* Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
certification is required;
CAD and/or CIS certifications
are advantageous.
