Senior Psychologist Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Psychologist to provide psychology services for young people and their families within an interdisciplinary framework.
Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out assessments and interventions
* Provide clinical supervision
* Contribute to ongoing service development
The successful candidate will deliver services through a family-centered approach across various settings, including clinics, preschools, schools, children's homes, and community settings.
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree or diploma in Psychology, an Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland, and at least five years' satisfactory post-graduate experience in professional psychology.
Desirable criteria include previous experience in a senior post, inter-disciplinary team working, and skills and competencies with assessment and intervention with mental health needs as they present in children/young people with disabilities.
Fulfilling Criteria:
* A minimum of five years' satisfactory post-graduate experience in professional psychology
* An Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland
* A university degree or diploma in Psychology
