We're Hiring: Retail Supervisor – The Farm Shop at Aillwee
We are currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join our team at The Farm Shop, our on-site retail outlet at Aillwee.
The Farm Shop is a vibrant hub for local artisan producers, showcasing the very best of the Burren and beyond. It is also home to our award‑winning Burren Gold Cheese, which is produced on site, along with our delicious homemade fudge.
This is a hands‑on retail role, combining day‑to‑day retail sales with the supervision of a small team of four team members, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in the retail industry
* Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
* Strong customer service and team leadership skills
Role details:
* 5 days per week, rostered over 7 days
* 20 days annual leave
* Salary to be discussed at interview stage
