Direct message the job poster from E-SolutionsThe SAP STS (Source-to-Settle) Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end procurement and accounts payable processes within an SAP environment. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and integration with financial systems. The SAP STS Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to drive process improvements, implement new functionalities, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Implementation:Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP STS processes, including procurement, invoicing, and supplier management. Ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems. Support system configurations, enhancements, and testing for STS functionalities.Project Management & Delivery:Manage STS-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT, Compliance) to define requirements and develop solutions. Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments.Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:Act as the primary point of contact for STS-related queries and issue resolution. Work closely with business users to understand pain points and recommend process improvements. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on best practices.Monitor and resolve system incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Manage change requests and enhancements, ensuring compliance with governance policies. Work with SAP support teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Compliance & Process Optimization:Ensure adherence to corporate policies, SOX compliance, and audit requirements. Optimize Source-to-Settle processes to improve efficiency, cost savings, and data accuracy.
