New Business Account Executive
As a business development professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, engagement, and conversion of new customers. Your role will encompass the entire sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and qualification to proposal, tender response, and close.
* Owning and managing a new business sales pipeline from lead to close
* Pursuing opportunities across target verticals and geographies
* Qualifying inbound and outbound leads with speed and rigor
* Collaborating on RFPs and public/private sector tenders with bid teams
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTS THROUGH DISCOVERY, CONSULTATION, AND SOLUTION-SELLING
* Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and forecast pipeline effectively
* Coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver strong proposals and timely responses
This role requires 35 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a new business or full-cycle sales role. Experience selling IT managed services, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions is highly valued. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with the Microsoft stack and strong experience managing a sales pipeline using a modern CRM platform. Proven success managing and responding to tenders and RFPs is also essential. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual with excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Travel within Ireland may be required for customer meetings and events.
