George Quinn Ltd is currently seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our in house small, friendly team on a part-time basis in Monaghan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This is a part-time position working 24 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to staff and management.
* Process sales orders and organise deliveries.
* Respond to sales queries via phone and email.
* Resolve account queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Match incoming payments to outstanding invoices and allocate them accurately.
* Assist in processing supplier invoices.
* Support financial reporting and other administrative functions as required.

* Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
* Fast learner with excellent problem-solving ability.
* Proficient with computers; experience using accounting software such as Exchequer is an advantage.
