Group Sales Director Opportunity
Key Accounts to Grow Revenue:
The Group is seeking a dynamic Group Sales Director to spearhead all aspects of sales planning, coordination, and implementation for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience as Director of Sales & Marketing within quality establishments with group and franchise experience.
Responsibilities include developing relationships with key clients across multiple market segments to grow revenue – Corporate, MICE, DMC, Tours.
Additionally, the successful candidate will lead and coordinate sales activities across four hotels, develop and implement selling strategies to grow business levels for each hotel, and attract, retain, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing Sales teams.
* Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
* Manage and control annual sales budgets in collaboration with directors.
* Assist at Board level in the formulation of commercial strategy and expansion of the group.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities for PR and media exposure for the hotels.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record as a Director of Sales & Marketing with strong commercial acumen and judgement.
* High level of drive and enthusiasm with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to present and interpret sales content and analytics at a board level.
