Summary

The successful candidate will report to the Talent Acquisition and Communications Business Partner and will support recruitment and communication strategies that align with the site’s Employer Value Proposition and engagement objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition Coordination

* Provide administrative and coordination support across all recruitment activities at the Ballina site, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
* Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, arrange pre-employment medicals, complete reference checks, ensure all recruitment and documentation is compliant and up-to-date in the Hollister MyCareer system.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process as needed.
* Support the implementation of inclusive recruitment practices that attract diverse talent and promote equity throughout the hiring process.
* Support site participation in external career fairs, campus events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
* Assist with the recruitment and administration of the Student Placement Programme.


Employer Branding & Communication Support

* Contribute to the development and delivery of internal communications (e.g., newsletters, site updates, and information boards), and engaging messaging that highlights our commitment to being an employer of choice.
* Help coordinate content for site communication channels, ensuring alignment with global communication standards.


Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

* Partner with the wider HR team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the candidate and employee communication experience.
* Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) to drive continuous improvement.
* Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all candidate and employee interactions.


Work Experience Requirements

* Number of Overall Years Necessary: 0–2
* 1+ years of corporate/business experience preferred
* Ability to liaise professionally with hiring managers and candidates globally
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).


Education Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar business-related field


Specialised Skills/Technical Knowledge

* Proficiency with social media and experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions preferred
* Experience documenting processes and staying current with industry trends
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across all levels of the organisation
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, tact, and confidentiality
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
