This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with Enterprise customers in the security and computer vision space.As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the technical & operational aspects of our sales engagement, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.ResponsibilitiesManage all enterprise customer trials, from scoping through execution and eventual production rollout ensuring successful conversion and outcomesDevelop and maintain strong relationships, including existing and prospective customers, our partners, and with other key stakeholdersCreate and develop champions in your accounts to drive deals and achieve a technical winProvide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concept, and solution design. You will work with the sales team and channel partners to gather and analyse customer requirements and engage actively in discovery conversations with potential customers to understand their pain points, business challenges, and technical needs. You must confidently address technical questions, concerns, and objections, and offer solutions to overcome any challenges the customer may faceAct as the bridge between the sales team and the core business (product, technology & operations) helping to understand customer requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and address solution concerns. Be at the cutting edge of HALOS technology and confidently present HALOS roadmap features and functionality to customers and/or prospectsOwn the management and co-ordination of tender responses. Also ensure consolidated capitalisation and maintenance of a high quality, up-to-date RfX response and solution positioning repository to include solution sheets and supporting documentationDesign technical solutions that address our customer and prospects needs effectively in collaboration with Product & TechnologyYou will provide valuable feedback and insight from customer interactions to help shape product roadmaps, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of new features or enhancements. You will be an active influencer and advocate for directional investment and keeping the HALOS offering at the cutting edge of the marketStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure HALOS remains at the forefront of innovation and be a key source of this input & influence into the Product Development and wider communityParticipate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent HALOS and promote our solutions.
