Role Overview



The Business Development executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth through building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our person-centred approach in local communities.



This role supports the delivery of strategic objectives and service expansion targets by developing and maintaining relationships with Disability stakeholders, identifying new service development opportunities, and collaborating with operational teams to ensure alignment between service development initiatives and front-line delivery.




Key Responsibilities




* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with Disability stakeholders, mainly HSE & Tusla commissioners, and other stakeholders such as schools and disability organisations.

* New Service Opportunities: Identify new service development opportunities in disability services, focused mainly on centre-based services but also community services (day services day respite etc). A strong focus on ensuring current services are maximised and reach full occupancy.

* Collaboration: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on project scoping feasibility assessments funding applications. Represent Resilience Healthcare at community events forums partnership meetings to enhance visibility credibility in the disability sector. Liaise closely with operational teams to ensure alignment between service development initiatives front-line delivery Work alongside marketing communications colleagues to promote new services initiatives Conduct market research mapping identify unmet needs within communities Support preparation proposals tender responses funding submissions identified opportunities Keep Customer Relationship Management systems project trackers engagement activity progress insights recommendations Prepare regular reports detailing progress insights recommendations Eligibility Criteria Qualifications Experience 3+ years experience business development disability related sectors Proven track record stakeholder engagement promotion Excellent communication interpersonal skills public speaking relationship building Strong organisational project coordination skills Experience working measurable targets KPIs Full clean drivers license willingness travel Degree Social Care Business related field desirable Competencies Determined drive growth Energy creativity resourcefulness identify develop new opportunities Collaborative proactive approach working departments Comfortable dynamic target-driven environment Understand data numbers develop growth plans
