Site Project Leader

We are partnering with a residential construction company on a large-scale housing project in Kildare. As Site Manager, you will oversee contractor packages, manage site health and safety, conduct daily meetings, and report on project progress.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversight of subcontractor packages on-site
* Health and Safety management for your team
* Daily meeting facilitation using visual aids and kick-off sessions
* End-to-end site management, including snagging and handover processes
* Review and optimization of on-site processes for efficient project delivery


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* A valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card
* Previous experience in residential building and construction projects
* Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols
