Property Maintenance Coordinator - Dublin 8 (On-Site) Permanent | Full-time We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our Residential Management & Lettings team in Dublin 8.
This is a busy, fast-paced role, responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, managing contractors, and supporting annual development and improvement projects.
In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of maintenance requests from tenants and also play a role in delivering annual development projects, budgets and plans for works.
You will need to have experience in an office with lots of competing demands.
Through this, you will have learned to prioritise and manage expectations and timelines for clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing Residential Management & Lettings team based in Dublin 8, where no two days are the same.
Youll take on a hands-on role with real responsibility, working at the heart of property operations and directly impacting tenant experience and property standards.
The duties of this role will include: Responding to and tracking maintenance requests.
Liaising with contractors, arranging works, reviewing quotes and approving invoices.
Liaising with Property Managers, tenants, and clients.
Annual project development work.
Managing complaints and issues in a professional manner.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have: Minimum two years office experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in maintenance co-ordination is essential.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills.
