The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, reviewing service disruptions, providing metrics, and assisting with pre-launch planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and drivers.
* Investigate difficult support cases and technical challenges using technical skills.
* Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for customer issues and escalations.
* Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
* Improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations, and architecture reviews.
* Evaluate AWS environments to ensure they remain operationally healthy, reduce costs, and recommend efficiencies to mitigate risks in customer operations plans and product adoption.
