About the Role:

As a HR Market Consultant, you will be a strategic thought leader, program manager, and site influencer. This role requires someone who can move beyond traditional HR and make a significant impact on our EU Headquarters.
In this position, you will be responsible for driving HR programs for Google Ireland. You will leverage data insights to create better experiences for Googlers in Ireland.
The successful candidate will have excellent project/change management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. They must also possess excellent problem-solving critical thinking analysis skills.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Working with relevant teams to ensure delivery of high-priority country-focused HR programs initiatives aligned with the country people plan
2. Managing local employment policy practices ensuring legal regulatory compliance
3.
