General Manager (Construction)
We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager (Construction) to lead the overall operations of our construction business.
The candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, construction progress, manpower deployment, subcontractor coordination, cost control, workplace safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
The General Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
All the overall management and daily operations of construction projects.
Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation
Lead and supervise project teams, site staff, and subcontractors.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and project financial performance.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, company policies, and statutory regulations
Review contracts, project documentation, and operational procedures
Resolve project issues, delays, disputes, and operational challenges effectively
Develop business strategies to improve operational efficiency and project delivery
Report to directors or senior management on project performance and company operations
