Employment Caseworker Role
We are seeking an adaptable Employment Caseworker to provide a personalised support service to clients referred by the Department of Social Protection.
The ideal candidate will possess strong case management capabilities, including decision-making skills, relationship skills, and problem-solving skills.
This role involves developing and managing a robust case management plan for each client, working towards sustainable employment. This includes using industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals and barriers to employment.
The successful candidate will also maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market, organise daily schedules, and work closely with local specialist services to assist clients in their journey towards employment.
Key responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, able to work in an office and remotely as part of a team, and possess excellent administrative skills.
