Assistant Director of Nursing

* Assume responsibility for overseeing the management of nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Liaise with senior leaders to drive housekeeping excellence, food safety, quality, choice, maintenance standards, and administrative efficiency.
* Participate in clinical decision-making within the healthcare setting, collaborating with the DON to develop and implement effective care plans, communicate with residents/families/representatives, manage staff performance, monitor standards, create policies and procedures, and deliver training.
Key Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment within the last 6 years.
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in computer systems.
