Maintaining accurate financial records is crucial to the success of our clients. As a skilled Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that bank reconciliations, invoices, and journals are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records across multiple client accounts
* Process bank reconciliations, invoices, and journals
* Prepare VAT returns and process payroll
* Assist with management accounts and year-end preparation
* Liaise with clients to resolve queries and gather documentation
* Work with cloud accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, Quick Books)
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication skills, coupled with strong technical knowledge of Irish VAT, payroll, and bookkeeping standards.
