We’re proud of our success and we’re humble and hungry to achieve more.What will I be doing?As the VP, Marketing, you’ll act as a key member of the Senior Leadership team, you’ll lead a high-performing team based primarily in Ireland and Serbia, focused on accelerating LearnUpon’s growth and strengthening our market brand. You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable, scalable, marketing-led growth for the company.In Addition, You’llDevelop and implement a multiyear marketing-led growth strategy, with a particular focus on demand generation, aligned with overall marketing and growth objectives.Collaborate crossfunctionally with our Sales, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and Product teams to align on LearnUpon’s overall strategy, understanding lead quality and making data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.Analyze marketing data and demand generation performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Partner closely with the Revenue Operations teams to establish and improve attribution, forecasting, and reporting on ROI, communicating results to LearnUpon leadership.Lead on KPIs and metrics for demand generation initiatives in alignment with our Commercial, Sales and Finance teams.Ensure LearnUpon has a best-in-class marketing technology stack that will support ongoing improvements in marketing efficiency.What skills do I need?We’re looking for a self-starter who adapts well to a fast moving environment and can get things done. You combine creativity, problem-solving and can-do attitude to overcome any challenge. How you treat people is a big deal for us. People love working with you.
