OverviewInside Sales Executive to support our team and Area Business Managers throughout Ireland. The role involves a mix of lead generation and account management, working with customers in conjunction with the Area Business Managers. Reports to the Office Support Manager.ResponsibilitiesDealing with customers by phone and email, discussing, selecting and specifying appropriate product to meet the customer’s requirements.Proactively identifying new potential customers and contacting existing and new customers by phone to determine potential requirements and close sales.Assessing customer requirements through proactive interaction and product knowledge.Responding professionally and in appropriate detail to requests for quotations.Liaising with colleagues to obtain pricing, quotations and proposals to meet customer requirements.Following up enquiries from Area Business Managers and preparing proposals to meet these enquiries.Logging enquiries on the sales system (HubSpot), proactively following up with customers and sales representatives, and keeping the sales enquiry database up to date.Visiting customers occasionally and as required.Ad hoc duties as required.Candidate Profile2 years’ experience in an Inside Sales role would be desired.Knowledge of at least one of the following markets: Automotive, Commercial, Agricultural, Construction or Industrial markets would be advantageous.Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail.Self-motivated and an organised individual.Ability to learn and retain technical information.What do we offer?At Gem Oils, we care about you and your progression.
