With an established client base and an extensive project list for future years, this company is seeking a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager for the greater Dublin area.
About Your New Job
As Senior Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with the following:
* Develop and manage project budgets and cost plans.
* Lead multiple project teams to ensure timely and on-scope contract delivery.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully deliver all aspects of assigned client projects.
* Manage and assess the quality of subcontractor work.
* Oversee compliance with current Health & Safety legislation.
* Support the Project Surveyor in managing and controlling contract costs and variations, with regular cost projections reported to the Construction Director.
* Identify and manage project risks, ensuring early intervention with design teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure high accuracy in planning and scheduling activities.
* Develop and implement project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating necessary resources.
* Develop and monitor material procurement schedules to meet project timelines.
What Skills You Need
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
* Over 10 years of experience in construction or a related industry is preferred.
* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Consistent track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Proficient in all MS Office applications.
* Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated with exceptional management and leadership abilities.
