Media Sales Account Manager - RadioAt Staffline Recruitment we are working on behalf of our client, a leading Dublin radio station, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Media Advertising Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team.Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients while proactively identifying and securing new advertising partners.This is a dynamic, target-driven role suited to a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and enjoys building strong, long-term business relationships. Key responsibilities will include: Manage and grow an established client baseIdentify, prospect and convert new advertising clientsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipelineDevelop tailored advertising proposals across a wide range of industriesDeliver and exceed monthly sales targetsMaximise revenue through up-selling and strong account managementMaintain high levels of customer retention through excellent serviceNegotiate effectively and close deals confidentlyInterested applicants will meet the following requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced sales role (media sales experience highly desirable)Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targetsDemonstrated ability to work on your own initiative and close sales independentlyStrong prospecting skills and pipeline management experienceExcellent negotiation and closing abilityA genuine drive and ambition to exceed sales goalsFull driver's license and own transportThis is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading media brand with a strong audience base and excellent reputation.
