We are looking for a talented Associate Director of Process Engineering to join our dedicated team at our office located in Dublin or Cork, Ireland.
The Associate Director of Process Engineering – Ireland manages the utilization of the process team in Ireland, along with the growth and development of professionals in the team which is comprised of Process Engineers, Process Safety Engineers, Principal Engineers and Designers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables via reviews for the project in their region.
* Support business development with technical support, proposal generation, and work hour estimates.
* Possess sufficient technical proficiency in the various facets of Process design to understand project requirements and apply the appropriate resources and execution approach for a successful project.
* Supports strategic company initiatives.
Line Of Report:
The Associate Director of Process Engineering – Ireland reports to the Director of Process Engineering - EMEA.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need
1. Extensive experience in the design of Pharmaceutical and BioPharmaceutical facilities for the cGMP production of biological and pharmaceutical drugs.
2. Progressive ability, capacity and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others.
3. Analytical thinking, structured problem solving skills, superior communication skills, team building and strong work ethic.
4. Ability to work flexibly and cooperatively as part of a fluid, developing team to target business growth and high quality projects.
5. Expertise in how engineering design programs are applied to computer aided drafting.
6. Experience preparing preliminary and final design documents including P&IDs (AutoCAD), instrument schedules, specifications and calculations.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and presence to deal effectively with senior-level contacts.
