Job Overview
This is a customer-focused role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.
* Work across different shift times on varied tasks with different colleagues.
* Ensure stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
* Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
* The willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
* To be responsible and reliable.
* Preferably previous experience in a customer-facing role but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.
