Job Overview:

* Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for review by senior management, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial reporting.
* Lead subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations, and contract awards, leveraging industry knowledge and negotiation skills to secure the best deals.
* Oversee subcontractor and supplier payments in line with agreed terms and company procedures, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team, promoting continuous learning and development within the organization.
