Purchasing Engineer / Insite Manager
We are currently seeking a skilled Purchasing Engineer/Insite Manager to join our clients, a multinational company based in County Cavan.
Responsibilities:
* Analyzing and Optimizing the Supply Chain
* Material Planning and Management
* Purchasing and Following Up on Materials, Subcontracts, and Services
* General Administration of Relevant Processes, Including Purchase Orders, Subcontract Operations, Sales Orders, Receipting, Invoicing, Stock Adjustments, etc.
* Liaising with Suppliers and Visiting Facilities as Necessary
* Collaborating with Internal and External Parties
* Optimizing Inventory Levels
* Processing Complaints
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 Years Experience in Purchasing, Preferably in an Engineering Company
* Recognized Qualification in a Related Discipline
* Experience in Engineering/Manufacturing Environments is a Significant Advantage
* Strong Negotiation, IT Skills, Analytics, and Organizational Skills
* Advanced Excel Skills with Formulas and Complex Financial Spreadsheets
* Experience in Material Planning and Contract Management with an ERP System
