Role:
1. To drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
2. Day-to-day management of online orders for eCommerce stores.
3. Ensuring order fulfilment within the advertised timeframes.
4. Provide exceptional levels of customer service to our wide range of customers to promote customer loyalty and retention.
5. Order management/ERP integration ensuring all data is processed efficiently and information is accurate and available in relevant systems.
6. Branch engagement to ensure we have stock of all relevant products for ease of fulfilment.
7. Review product offerings, ensuring relevant detail on all products exists.
8. Manage Marketing/eCommerce team engagement to ensure we have effective sales campaigns and promotions.
9. Management and regular review of all cost inputs, including deliveries.
10. Courier service management.
11. Web site vendor management.
12. Any ad hoc duties in accordance with the requirements of the business.
Requirements:
13. Previous experience in online sales management.
14. Ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
16. Ability to work in a dynamic target driven sales environment.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
