Key Talent Acquisition Role

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Executive to coordinate with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR to engage and recruit top talent primarily across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.

Managing a portfolio of openings, focusing on EPS's hiring needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where you will play a key role in the resourcing of critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Talent Sourcing: Source and recruit candidates for various engineering fields, electrical and mechanical craft, operations, and support services
* Candidate Management: Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate screening while ensuring a positive candidate experience
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and other HR colleagues to understand staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice
* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of openings, focusing on the hiring needs for the portfolio package, maintaining excellent records in our ATS
* Technical Expertise: Apply strong technical expertise in strategic sourcing, candidate and client management, data analysis, and project management to find top talent
* Negotiating Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills required to manage stakeholder expectations


Requirements:

* 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
* Experience in one of our fields (Engineering, Manufacturing, or Craft) desirable
* Agency recruitment experience preferred
* Full-Cycle recruitment: Experience managing the full 360-degree recruitment process is desirable
* Influencing Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills required to manage stakeholder expectations
* Company representation: Attending networking events and recruitment fairs, representing EPS and promoting our company and work culture


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Full Irish driving license
