Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Role: To manage and take responsibility for data entry, data reports, quality analysis and assist in record keeping of the volunteer centre.
Key areas of work:
* Provide administrative services and support to the manager and staff of the centre
* Assist manager with day-to-day administration tasks and assist the team in providing supports to community organisations in Cork City and County.
* Work with manager and staff of the centre in promotional events.
* Work on Salesforce, generating reports, inputting data, and assuring Quality Standards are maintained.
* Provide information on volunteering and the benefits of volunteering.
* Attend Team Meetings.

* Good administrative and organisational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills
* Ability to work well in a team.
