My client is one of the largest private mixed-use developers in Ireland, with an active landbank across Dublin including North and South Dublin
Due to their ongoing success and future Projects, they are looking for a Civils Foreman to join our team, experience relating to residential house building is essential.
The Site Foreman will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Duties:
Supervise on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
Lead and manage site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed according to plans and standards.
Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and resources.
Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain project momentum.
Collaborate with project management to update progress reports and contribute to project planning meetings.
Requirements:
Strong ability to understand technical drawings and ensure all substructure works are carried out in line with specifications.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in dealing with utility providers (Uisce Eireann & ESB)
Confidence in managing tasks and ensuring the project stays on schedule.
Ability to prioritise workload / excellent time management / excellent managerial skills.
Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
