This role plays a vital part in ensuring that every child has equal access to high-quality early learning experiences.As an AIM Support Worker, you will:Work closely with educators to promote inclusion and participation of all children.Assist in implementing strategies outlined in Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through guided play and interaction.Contribute to a safe, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere for all children.Requirements:Qualification in Early Childhood Education, holding a QQI Level 5 cerfification.Current First Aid CertificateCurrent Garda VettingCompletion of relevant training (AIM, LINC, or similar) if anyMinimum of 1 year experience in early years educationJob Type: Fixed termContract length: 10 monthsPay: €15.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 per weekWork Location: In person
