Role Overview
This position reports to the VP of EMEA Sales and Global Channel Success and is responsible for providing high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the VP across EMEA-based activities.
Location Note: This position is based in either Madrid, Spain or Cork, Ireland. You may in some cases be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis. We are only considering candidates currently in Spain or Ireland and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About The Role
Supporting the EMEA based Sales lead and also acting as the Global Channel Marketing lead.
Preferred location: Madrid, Spain or Cork, Ireland.
Act as Office Manager for the Madrid and Ireland offices.
Managing a fast-paced calendar of meetings, appointments, and events with precision and flexibility and proactively resolving overlaps.
Preparing expense reports, drafting confidential correspondence, and compiling documents for meetings; processing expense claims and purchase orders in WD.
Coordinating and booking complex travel arrangements and partner meetings, including communication about those meetings, itineraries, agendas, and logistics, venues, catering, etc.
Overseeing and keeping track of travel budget for large teams.
Coordinating internal meetings such as QBRs and quarterly All Hands for both EMEA Sales and Global Channel Success, plus major events like Sales Kick Offs, workshops, and training sessions that may be overseen.
Occasionally owning and supporting some local and international events (internal and external / partner-facing).
Handling internal communications: editing the quarterly newsletter, organizing activities, and maintaining recognition programs.
Collaborating with PR for in-country journalists and coordinating, producing, and consolidating the monthly press clip for the team.
Researching, prioritizing, and following up on sensitive and/or confidential issues addressed to the EMEA Lead, determining the best course of action or response.
Acting as a communication bridge between the EMEA Lead and internal teams—building trust, credibility, and clarity across departments.
Keeping the EMEA lead informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and emerging issues.
Maintaining a pulse on the team environment and surfacing key insights to leadership.
Taking a hands-on approach to critical deliverables, including drafting letters, correspondence, and project-related materials.
Managing competing priorities with agility—handling tasks proactively and driving projects to completion under tight deadlines.
About You
You have experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and understand how to operate with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
You are exceptionally organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail while driving with speed and urgency.
You are not afraid of dealing with numbers and you are able to use Excel in a proficient way.
You have great slide-design abilities and are able to both build and articulate presentations in front of different audiences on both a Teams call and in person.
You have a strong personal drive to tackle tasks and challenges and you are a problem solver who tackles those with positivity, resourcefulness, and agility.
You are a relationship builder who thrives in cross‑functional environments and knows how to earn trust.
You are a strong communicator—both written and verbal—with a professional, polished style. You speak English perfectly; any other language is a plus (Spanish, German, French).
