Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of IT System Integration Cybersecurity, based in Dublin.
The Director will oversee the integration of IT systems and cybersecurity protocols, managing daily IT operations, developing IT strategies, and ensuring network security.
The role involves collaborating with various departments to drive IT initiatives and safeguard the organization's information infrastructure.
Key responsibilities also include managing business processes related to IT systems, evaluating and implementing new technology solutions, and maintaining compliance with security standards.
As a Director of IT System Integration, the Employee shall provide strategic leadership in cybersecurity architecture, technology innovation, managed services, and client advisory .
The role integrates solution design, sales enablement, partner engagement, and business development, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity strategy and portfolio management Roles and Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in cybersecurity architecture, threat intelligence, managed security services, and client advisory Spearhead end-to-end cybersecurity strategies across ICT, managed security operations, and incident response Develop and execute vendor and partner engagement strategies, enhancing security partnerships and expanding cybersecurity service offerings Manage a diverse cybersecurity product portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs, compliance (e.g., GDPR/GRAI), and profitability Generate high-level reports on security incidents, risk mitigation progress, and program performance Lead development of B2B/B2C security channel programs, growing managed security revenue Provide leadership and oversight for presales activities, ensuring solution alignment with industry cybersecurity needs Serve as a trusted advisor to client CIOs, CTOs, and technology executives on cybersecurity risks and solutions Maintain cybersecurity architecture documentation and ensure governance standards (e.g., ISO 27001) are met Mentor cybersecurity and threat response teams, ensuring continuous skills development in emerging threats Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in IT and at least 5 years in the similar role Extensive experience in IT Management, Information Technology, and IT Strategy Strong understanding of Business Processes and their integration with IT systems Proficiency in Network Security and related cybersecurity practices Excellent leadership and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in cloud-based solutions and AI-driven security systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CyberShield NXT Solutions Ltd by 2x
