Senior Occupational Therapist Job
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with adults with intellectual disabilities, providing occupational therapy services in community and residential settings.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults aged 18 years through to end-of-life care, supporting individuals to maximise independence and participation across all stages of adulthood.
About the Role:
* Promote occupation-based practice in support of person-centred care for adults with complex needs.
* Develop comprehensive assessments that inform individualised intervention plans for diverse caseloads of adults with varying levels of ability.
* Cultivate strong relationships within multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical outcomes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mainstream best practice occupational therapy models into existing Intellectual Disability Services.
