The successful candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team and as such
excellent communication skills are required. A good standard of written and spoken
English is required as the successful applicant will be working with our clients and
suppliers on a daily basis.
This role will be office based in our Lisdoonvarna office and will be Monday-Friday
9am-5:00 pm.
Be computer literate with Microsoft applications and other standard
software packages
Have high attention to detail, be organised and have excellent time
management
Monitor and process invoices and payments
Handle general administrative tasks on a daily basis, including
processing customer orders, preparing client invoices, supporting
dispatches to customers including preparation of dispatch
documentation, allocating client payments to their accounts, preparing
customer statements, reconciliation of supplier statements
Other office administration tasks such as ensuring stationary and all
other office equipment is available, fit for purpose and purchased
economically
Previous experience in a similar role is important
