This role suits a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently steer complex builds from early planning through to final delivery. The Opportunity You will take responsibility for the successful execution of large-scale projects across a variety of sectors, including residential developments, commercial offices, educational buildings, and life sciences facilities. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, you will ensure that programme, budget, safety, and quality targets are consistently achieved. Key Duties Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and client sign-off. Develop and manage project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation. Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Act as the main liaison for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements and company Health & Safety standards. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the project team. Manage inspections, audits, and all associated project documentation. What Youll Bring Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years experience managing construction projects in Ireland or the UK. Proven track record delivering complex builds in residential, commercial, education, or life sciences sectors. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes and contract administration. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
