We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage all aspects of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
* The ideal candidate will process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* This role requires maintaining strong relationships with vendors, responding to their queries promptly, and ensuring key documentation is handled efficiently.
* Excellent technical knowledge and support skills are required, including VAT and RCT expertise.
* Accurate review and maintenance of credit card transactions and vendor account balances is essential.
* The successful candidate will process a variety of accounting transactions, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
* Assistance in preparation of month-end reporting and year-end audit requirements is also expected.
Requirements
* A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar finance role is required.
* The ideal candidate will have knowledge of accounting systems and software, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Relevant accounting or finance qualifications are necessary.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
