Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and scaling paid media campaigns that drive ticket sales, brand awareness, and international growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage paid media activity across all EI Travel Group brands, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Display and other relevant channelsDevelop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with business and revenue objectivesManage and optimise paid media budgets across multiple brands to maximise ROASMonitor and optimise performance across KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR & conversion rateImplement testing frameworks for creatives, audiences and bidding strategiesEnsure accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and platform pixelsProduce regular performance reports and actionable insightsCollaborate with creative, ecommerce and content teams to deliver high-performing campaignsSupport international market growth and multi-market campaignsStay up to date with paid media trends and platform updatesRequirements2+ years' experience in paid media or performance marketing – A mustStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerProven experience managing multiple campaigns or brands simultaneouslyStrong analytical and reporting skillsCommercial mindset with a focus on revenue and ROISalary & BenefitsSalary range: €35,000 – €40,000 per annumOpportunity to work with iconic Irish tourism brandsHybrid working environment after a probation periodCollaborative and fast-paced team cultureJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountStore discountWork Location: In person
