Principal and Senior Full Stack Software Engineer roles available - permanent and contract - in Galway!
Our client is looking for experience Full Stack Software Engineers (Principal or Senior levels) to join their dynamic Digital Platforms Technology team!
Join a dynamic Digital Platforms team driving innovation for Fortune 1000 clients!
Principal level role includes leading a squad of talented engineers, driving the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Senior Engineers will be responsible for full stack development.
Responsibilities (Principal):
Lead and mentor a team of engineers
Build full-stack solutions using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, AWS
Drive innovation, collaboration, and DevOps best practices
Our client is rapidly growing and offering contract and permanent roles in Galway.

In this position, you will be developing applications in accordance with industry best practises. Collaborate closely with an Architect, Product Owner, and fellow Developers to contribute to our client's mission.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive experience working with Java and Spring (Boot, MVC, etc). This client is working with Java versions 17 plus.
Experience working with a distributed team.
Extensive experience working with UI technologies (ideally Angular 6 plus)
Extensive experience working with AWS or Azure services and capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding ability to address and resolve complex challenges
