Responsibilities
Deliver a culture of service excellence, role‑model appropriate behaviours and inspire the team to consistently provide outstanding service.
Encourage team members to engage confidently with guests and collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams to promote continuous improvement.
Manage business performance: maximise revenue and profit through sales focus, cost control, planning, and marketing initiatives (including social media).
Motivate, train, and develop staff to achieve their full potential and foster a culture of openness, communication, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Proven management experience in a hotel restaurant, 4‑star or 5‑star level property.
Strong focus on exceptional customer care and consistent delivery of service standards.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team to exceed customer expectations.
Financial and business acumen: revenue generation, budget management, ordering, purchasing, and sales & marketing planning.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Capability to work as part of a hotel management team in a busy property.
