Document Controller Dublin / Hybrid (3 days on site) As Document Controller you will play a leading support role in the delivery of a five year Infrastructure Programme of Work.
Supporting the Project Management Team in the delivery of a significant budget, you will be based in the Dublin Project Site Offices 3 days per week with hybrid 'wfh' 2 days per week.
The Document Controller will be responsible for supporting the programme team with all document storage, sharing, and document control protocols.
They will coordinate all programme documentation and act as the first point of contact for all documentation-related queries.
Working as part of the programme team, the role holder will support the implementation of programme control tools, manage programme document management systems, and provide general administrative support to the programme team.
Key responsibilities: Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities: Populate and maintain the document register, request for information (RFI) register, action log, issue log, and other project control tools as required.
Analyse, interpret, and summarise the status of project registers and logs, providing clear and accurate information to the project team.
Generate and issue weekly status and overdue reports relating to project documentation, actions, issues, and other project-related information.
Ensure the appropriate issuance, receipt, and storage of documents in accordance with the project document control procedures.
Enforce, maintain, and continuously improve a clear and robust project filing and document management system.
Support the implementation of project Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Health and Safety processes by participating in internal and external audits.
Candidate Requirements: To be considered for this Document Controller role, you will need to demonstrate the following: Extensive experience in document control, ideally within large infrastructure programmes.
Ideally experience with platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs), and Aconex, ensuring accurate document control, version management, and compliance with project procedures.
Familiarity with construction and multi-disciplinary project environments.
