As part of a planned leadership succession, Prosper Group is seeking to appoint aDeputy CEOto join its Executive Team. The Board of Directors has approved the establishment of this role as a permanent position within the organisation's Executive function. Given the seniority of the role, significant senior leadership experience is an essential requirement.The Deputy CEO will hold the second most senior position in the organisation and act as the primary support to the CEO in driving the performance of the Company. The Deputy CEO will be responsible for translating the Board of Directors and CEO's strategic vision into actionable targets and plans, and for ensuring their delivery and dealing with high level corporate issues as they arise. As a senior leader in the Company, the Deputy CEO will drive the Company's positive culture and ensure its consistency across the organisation.
