We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Kerry.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Requisition ManagementProcess material and service requisitions, ensuring timely approvals and accurate entry into the company's ERP system.Manage proof of delivery documentation and maintain up-to-date purchase order records.Returns & ComplianceCoordinate returns to Head Office, including plant and labour returns.Ensure full compliance with company management systems and quality procedures.Documentation & CommunicationMaintain organised records of correspondence, drawings, and other project documentation.Assist with HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environment) administration and document filing.Commercial SupportProvide administrative assistance to the Commercial Team with tender submissions, cost tracking, and report preparation.Support correspondence and documentation between site teams and the client's representatives.Payroll & Timesheet CoordinationCollect, verify, and process weekly timesheets and lodge information for submission to Finance.Liaise with site management and HR to resolve payroll or absence queries.Data & ReportingValidate data accuracy before submission to Finance and Commercial departments.Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly commercial reports in line with project schedules.Procurement & DeliveriesCheck supplier delivery schedules and verify goods received against purchase orders.Upload GRNs and ensure correct coding to job numbers.Manage delivery dockets, damages, and credit note requests in coordination with Accounts Payable.Site & Logistics CoordinationAssist with site pre-planning and ensure all purchase orders and supporting documents are in place.Track and report on-site accommodation lists, allocations, and daily records.Liaise with the Plant Department regarding hire requests, returns, and equipment tracking.HR & InductionsSupport HR with site documentation, new starter processing, and induction coordination.Skills & QualificationsMinimum Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal and phone communication skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to use VLOOKUPs and pivot tables essential.Experience with ERP systems and data entry for procurement, payroll, or finance.Full, clean Irish or EU driver's licence (travel between sites may be required).Previous experience in a construction site office or project administration role.High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure.For non-EU/UK passport holders, a valid work permit is required (no sponsorship available).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €27,000.00-€58,691.50 per yearWork Location: In person
