Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CRM database (Salesforce), including data entry, gift processing, and monthly reconciliation support. Deliver high-quality donor care by processing daily gifts, issuing acknowledgements, and responding to queries with professionalism and warmth. Strengthen relationships with supporters through personalised communication and excellent service. Support direct marketing campaigns, donor communications, and broader fundraising activities. Liaise with internal departments including Fundraising, Finance, and Communications to ensure a smooth donor experience. Handle general office tasks such as filing, managing petty cash, franking post, and administrative support. Provide assistance for key campaigns and fundraising events occasional evening and weekend work required. Key Requirements 13 years of experience in donor or customer care, administration, data processing, or telemarketing. Experience maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, with a strong eye for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Ability to work to deadlines, manage priorities, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Desirable for the Role BA/BS degree in marketing, business, events, PR, or a related field. Previous experience working in fundraising, donor care, or the not-for-profit sector. Understanding of homelessness and related social issues in Ireland. Familiarity with data analysis and CRM reporting. A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for helping others.
