The Opportunity
A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking a seasoned Residential MEP Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale residential projects across Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take overall responsibility for the execution and coordination of all aspects related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages.
Ensure seamless project delivery in accordance with quality expectations by implementing robust cost control measures. Drive effective collaboration between site teams, design managers, and subcontractors through regular meetings to align on timelines, budgets, and requirements. Develop comprehensive strategies for managing risks associated with programme milestones (including technical sequencing issues), identify opportunities for mitigation, and implement mitigation plans accordingly.
