Our Public Sector client in South Dublin, has an urgent requirement for a Learning & Development Coordinator for a contract up until the end of August. The successful candidate will coordinate and administer training activities through the Learning Management System (LMS) and various systems. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home. (Requirement of 1-2 weeks fully onsite to start for onboarding/training)
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
•Schedule training courses via LMS
•Maintain accurate records of training schedules.
•Provide course session plans and information.
•Monitor attendance records.
•Work in a team environment to ensure training session run smoothly
•Provide strong helpdesk support and customer service to any relevant inquiries
•Any other ad-hoc duties that may arise
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Minimum Leaving Certificate standard of education
•Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative role – with exposure to HR/L&D
•Experience with Learning Management Systems or HRIS systems
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential).
•Excellent communication skills
